Southampton Orienteering Club

These are fixed orienteering courses available throughout Great Britain. They are usually designed for beginners but often include difficult options for improving or experienced orienteers. They are a great way to improve your navigation skills, experience orienteering without needing to attend an event or to simply make a walk more interesting.

Avon Tyrell Activity Centre

Car Park Location: From Picket Post junction on A31 2 miles east of Ringwood go south on minor road to Burley. Go right at Burley towards Bransgore. Turn right for Avon Tyrell at Thorney Hill.

Itchen Valley Country Park
Nearest Town: Eastleigh
Car Park Location: Follow tourist signs to the park on the A27 where it runs south of and parallel to the M27 between J5 to the west and J7 to the east.
